1.INTRODUCTION #

3.STRIPE CONNECT (TEST MODE) #

  • Go to Stripe Connect.
  • Select Test Payment Type.
  • Open Stripe Sandbox Dashboard in a new tab.
  • Click on the ‘Connect Stripe (sandbox)’ button.

  • You will be redirected to the plugin page.

 

  • Select Test Payment Mode
  • Select Currency.
  • Click Save Settings.

4.STRIPE CONECT (LIVE MODE) #

  • Go to Square Connect.
  • Turn on the Toggle on the top Right to make it Live.
  • Click Connect Stripe.

  • You’ll be redirected to Stripe website.
  • Enter Stripe Credentials to login.

  • You will be redirected to the plugin page.

  • Select Currency.
  • Click Save Settings.

5.FORM TYPES #

5.1.1. Simple Payment #

  • Go to Forms settings.
  • Select Simple Payment from Payment Types.
  • Enter the amount and payment success URL.

 

5.2.2. Donation payment #

  • Go to Forms settings.
  • Select Donation Payment from Payment Types.
  • Enter Organization Name.
  • You may Enable Goal amount or Goal message as well.
  • Enter set or a custom amount.
  • Place Payment success URL.

6.FORM SETTINGS #

  • Go to → Build a Payment Form → Form Settings.

  • Fill out the form details.
  • Select Payment option (Simple, Donation)

  • You may enable quantity on your form.
  • Select amount type layout (custom layout or tabular layout).
  • Enter Set amount.
  • You may enable Redirection on payment success.
  • Enter redirection time in seconds.
  • Enter payment success button label, Payment success URL, payment success message and postal placeholder.
  • You can also enable terms and conditions on my form.
  • Enter terms and conditions link label and the redirect URL.

7.Payment Tabular Layout #

This payment layout can be used to sell products, the options to add Picture, Product Price, set Label, set Quantity and add Multiple products have been given which can be set according to the user requirements.

How To Load The Payment Layout

  • Go to →Wp Formify→ All Forms→ Select form
  • Click Form Settings→Click on the Amount Type and select “Payment Tabular Layout” from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Update Button.

  • After the layout has been selected the plugin will show settings for the payment layout in form settings.
  • The price of the product can be defined in the price field of the payment layout.the field can accept integer and decimal numbers.
  • Clicking on the quantity field will allow the user to set the quantity of the respective product. The plugin will display the set quantity on the front end which can also be increased or reduced on the front end by clicking “+” or “-” , and the plugin will adjust amount dynamically according to the number of selected quantity per product.
  • Clicking “+” will add more products in the payment layout and clicking “-” will delete the product from the layout in form settings. You can also add multiple products.

 

  • Plugin will display the selected settings for the layout on the front end , and allow the user to select from options and make payment for the selected products.
  • The quantity field will be dynamically updating the price of the product according to the selected quantity of the respective product on the front end.

  • On form submission, plugin will display these selected options for the respective payment form in the transaction reports tab.
  • Reports will display the detailed information about the selected products with their cost and quantity in the transaction report under product data field.

8.STRONG CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION(SCA) #

Strong customer authentication (SCA) is a requirement of the EU Revised Directive on Payment Services (PSD2) on payment service providers, so the plugin has been integrated with this feature which when payment is made generates a prompt window on the payment form to provide secret static passcode and ones confirmed finishes the payment process.

9.Email Editor #

Email Editor, is the feature that provides a text based area to the customer and allows the user to create a customized email on it which is consists upon the details related to the billing amount (basically by this feature, an e-invoice will be generated by the plugin after customer’s shares the payment), this email will be shared with the admin user and the customer as well in order to maintain the record. This feature also empowers both users with some editable tools  (bold, italic, underline, adding hyperlink on to the some content,  to make some cosmetic changes or formatting while email writing) it has the functionality to add the hyperlink and the number based or point based bullets as well .

  • User can avail this feature by accessing the following path:

WP Formify ===> Create Payment Form ===> Notification Tab ===> Admin/User Email Template

User can create a separate email with respect to each form individually. 

User can also set an email on all the  payment categories options available in the plugin.

User can add multiple emails by adding ‘’ , “ in between two emails.

 

10.Admin Email #

  • In this section, user will be able to add the email templates for the admin only. User can create it by adding the following details:
    • Email ID of receiving user (Allow to add multiple emails by adding “,” in between two emails)
    • Email ID of sending user (Single Email)
    • Email ID of a person in thread as CC and BCC (Allow to add multiple emails by adding “,” in between two emails))
    • Subject on the Email ID (AlphaNumeric Values are acceptable)

10.1.Email Editor: #

  • In this section, user will have multiple options now to write professional and organized email that will be shared automatically with the concerned authorities on their emails added in above fields. 
  • User are allowed to add paragraph and headings with respect to the pattern, can be able to Bold, Italic and add hyperlink with numeric bullets on the content along with the functionality to undo and redo requests. 
  • User can add, edit and delete the text in this section according to the requirement.

11.User Email #

  • In this section, user will be able to add the email templates for the user (Customer) only. User can create it by adding the following details:
    • Email ID of sending user (Single Email)
    • Subject on the Email ID (AlphaNumeric Values are acceptable)

11.1.Email Editor: #

  • In this section, user will have multiple options now to write professional and organized email that will be shared automatically with the concerned authorities on their emails added in above fields. 
  • User can add, edit and delete the text in this section according to the requirement.

12.FORM SHORTCODE #

  • Publish form.
  • Copy shortcode from Form Builder.
  • Click to copy.

OR Copy Shortcode from All Forms

  • Go to All forms.
  • Click to copy the shortcode.

  • Go to Pages → Add New.
  • Insert Shortcode.
  • Publish or update the page.

12.1.FORM FRONT END VIEW #

13.WP FORMIFY GUTENBERG BLOCK #

Now the plugin supports gutenberg block for Wp Formify through which any payment form created in Wp Formify can be selected and displayed via this gutenberg block on the front end. Plugin will automatically fetch and synchronize the available payment forms in the block to choose from.

*Note: In order to use this functionality, the gutenberg block editor must be installed and activated.

How To Enable WP Formify Guttenberg Block.

  • Go to →pages → all pages→ click edit on the page where payment form has to be displayed.
  • Click on “+” option→search “Wp Formify”

  • Click or drag the block on the page 
  • After the block is loaded a dropdown menu will be displayed to select the payment form from.
  • Select the respective payment form that has to be displayed on the page
  • Click Update Button to save the changes.

14.reCAPTCHA #

  • For security against spam and automated traffic abuse, the plugin has been equipped with reCAPTCHA v3 which is a new version of reCAPTCHA that detects abusive traffic on your website without user friction. It returns a score for each request you send to reCAPTCHA and gives you more flexibility to fight against spam and abuse in your own way.
  • The captcha integration has to be enabled by providing site key and site secret generated from google and pasting in the integrations tab of the plugin.

  • Now copy reCAPTCHA site and secret keys
  • Go to WordPress dashboard.
  • Go to WP Formify -> Integrations -> reCAPTCHA
  • Paste the site and secret key.
  • Enable reCAPTCHA checkbox.
  • Click Save Keys.
  • When integration is enabled reCAPTCHA can be seen activated on the front.
